In tune with global trends and customers’ request in selecting suppliers with standardized production and quality management;  and above all is our own determination to further improve operation in our company to better meet customer requirements, Minh Duong’s companies and dedicate staffs have set goals to pursue and achieve ISO 9001:2008 certificate.

Minh Duong started engaging in ISO project for ISO 9001 standard from the second half of 2009. After more than 1 year of implementation, our project has succeeded with the certification from Bureau Veritas. In May 2011, Minh Duong were officially given "Quality management system ISO 9001: 2008".

Achieving ISO 9001 certification is only the first step; maintaining and consistently improving our system for better operation is what all Minh Duong staffs are heading to. We hope that the strong cooperations and efforts from people of all levels in the system will help Minh Duong company to go far in their management and operation.

Được thành lập vào ngày: 12/12/2002 do Ông Dương Minh Chính - Chủ tịch Hội đồng thành viên và ông Dương Minh Định - Tổng Giám Đốc với 100% vốn Việt Nam. Đăng ký kinh doanh ở nhiều lĩnh vực, nhưng ngay từ khi thành lập Minh Dương đã chú trọng vào lĩnh vực chế biến đồ gỗ xuất khẩu.
Đến ngày 11/12/2007 Cty TNHH Minh Dương đã được sở kế hoạch & Đầu tư tỉnh Bình Dương cho phép chuyển đổi hình thức thành Công Ty Cổ Phần Gỗ Minh Dương do ông Dương Minh Chính làm Chủ tịch hội đồng quản trị và ông Dương Minh Định làm tổng giám đốc, với số vốn điều lệ là 65.500.000.000 đồng.
Trong quá trình phát triển, Minh Dương sự hỗ trợ, tư vấn cách thức tổ chức sản xuất, quản lý chất lượng từ tổ chức có chuyên môn như Quỹ hỗ trợ Mê Kông, Chương trình hợp tác phát triển từ Hà Lan, Đan Mạch, Quỹ hỗ trợ Mê Kông...
